An operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading and scaling food and beverage companies. He has built and led teams across start-ups, family-owned businesses, and private equity–backed organizations, with a focus on operational performance, disciplined growth, and building strong leadership cultures. His experience spans a broad range of product categories, including fresh and frozen foods, raw and ready-to-eat products, dry mixes, dairy, beverages, RTE meals, snack programs, and plant-based foods. Sergio has held senior leadership roles including General Manager, Plant Manager, Vice President of Operations, and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing complex manufacturing environments and USDA- and FDA-regulated facilities. In addition to leading operations, Sergio has worked closely with executive teams and investors to scale businesses, strengthen supply chains, and support the growth of nationally recognized CPG brands. Originally from Argentina, Sergio is fluent in English and Spanish and brings a global perspective to leadership and team development. He also serves on the board of an organization dedicated to supporting mental health and substance abuse initiatives.
